After serving her country, female veteran struggles to find a job

            Kenya Smith was a lieutenant and medical service corps officer. She served the armed forces in the navy for 14 years and left with 2 masters’ degrees and a lot of managerial experience, she even did HR. She is now homeless with two teenage kids struggling to find a job for 2 years. Only 2 places gave her an interview one was Macys and she was over Qualified for the job. Ms. Smith claims that her faith will get her through it and she won’t quit trying. I don’t think this event will change much but I do think that she will find a job. I also think that she should just be able to walk in anywhere and get a job with her qualifications and her service experience should be enough alone especially for Macys, Over qualified that’s just stupid if some one is over qualified for a job that you have and they want why would you not had it over to improve your business.
